Status-post Fontan procedure for tricuspid atresia

Patient Data

Age: 10
Gender: Female
ct

There is a fatty bar separating the right atrium from the right ventricle consistent with tricuspid atresia. The superior vena cava is anastomosed with the right pulmonary artery (status-post bidirectional cavopulmonary or Glenn shunt).  There is a prosthetic conduit that connects the right pulmonary artery with the inferior vena cava (status-post Fontan procedure).

The prosthetic conduit is hypoattenuating since it is filled with non-contrast unopacified blood.
