A well-defined fat-attenuating mass lesion mainly in the planter aspect of right foot beneath the 2nd to 4th metatarsal bones extending between the 3rd and 4th metatarsal bones to the dorsal aspect of the foot.
There scalloping of right 3rd and 4th metatarsal bones by the lesion with widening of the space between them.  No erosion or periosteal reaction of the bones is noted. This fat attenuating homogenous lesion measures approximately 3.5 x 3.2 x 3.6 cm.

Visualized bone density appears normal. No evidence of fracture or dislocation.
