Presentation

Complaining of a missing porcelain tooth crown, which might have been swallowed.

Patient Data

Age: Old age
Gender: Male

Chest

x-ray

Frontal and lateral chest radiographs detected the tooth crown in the left lower lobe bronchus.

There is also some dystelectasis of the left lower pulmonary lobe.
