Foreign body granuloma in leg

Penetraing injury to leg - medial aspect - 20 yrs back. Palpable nodule present for 20 yrs. For last few yrs it seems to move down towards heel. USG to rule out foreign body.

Patient Data

Age: 40 yrs
Gender: Male

Linear foreign body ( thron ) with surrounding granuloma in medial distal leg subcutenous plane.

It is superficial to posterior tibial artery.
