Linear echogenic subcutaneous foreign body in region of interest, measuring 15 x 1.5 mm, deep and perpendicular to to non-thrombosed subcutaneous vein. No hypoechoic granulation tissue.
Case Discussion
Findings favor foreign body (thorn) in subcutaneous plane of arm. Surgically removed few hours later.
