Well circumscribed, lucent ovoid shaped structure over the central pelvis represents the foreign body in question.
Case Discussion
30-year-old male presented to ED with retained foreign body in his rectum. This gentleman inserted an apple per rectum during sexual intercourse and was unable to retrieve it. The patient required an examination under anesthesia and retrieval of foreign body in the operating theater.
