A forked end of the medial clavicle on the viewing right is appreciated.

Case Discussion

A concave sternal end of the clavicles is a normal variant that should not be confused with pathology. This may be referred to as a fork deformity, bifid medial end of the clavicle, or cupping of the sternal articular surface.
