Presentation

Inability to move the left arm and leg, as well as deviation of the lip corner to the right side.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

At level of the pons, a hypodense area is identified in right ventromedial region

Case Discussion

This patient presented an subacute ischemic stroke at level of pons. Given its location, the corticospinal tract and the nucleus of the facial nerve were mostly affected.
