Recent fall on the hand.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Transverse fracture line is seen implicating the base of the hook of the hamate bone (red arrow) with no significant gapping and or displacement. No significant sclerosis, structural collapse, or fragmentation.
