Presentation

The patient complaining of pain and bleeding at the left index since 45 min after a crushing injury by a steel object at work. The small crushed wound at distal phalanx with no nail damage is seen. No history of chronic diseases. Vitally stable.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Fracture in the distal phalanx of the left index finger is seen on both AP and Lateral views with no significant displacement.
