Heel pain after jumping off a rock.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Fracture of a small plantar calcaneal spur. No significant displacement. No other fracture identified, particularly of the calcaneum. Alignment is normal. Incidental os peroneum.
