There is a non-displaced fracture through the anterior process of the calcaneum. This extends to it's articular surface at the calcaneocuboid joint with adjacent bony and soft tissue edema. There is a contusion in the inferomedial talar neck, but no evidence of a fracture. There is pronounced extensor digitorum tenosynovitis with mild tenosynovitis of the tibialis posterior and flexor digitorum tendons also noted.
