Right clavicle midshaft fracture with inferior angulation. The cannulated clavicular ORIF screw is bent by the fracture (angulated inferiorly).
Case Discussion
Example of failure of an internal fixation screw due to trauma. The screw was inserted years earlier for the management of a displaced fracture.
