Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Dorsally angulated and displaced comminuted intra-articular fractures of the distal radius and distal ulna. Dorsal fracture of the triquetrum on the lateral view.

Dorsally angulated and displaced comminuted intra-articular fractures of the distal radius and distal ulna. Dorsal fracture of the triquetrum confirmed. Subtle widening of the scapholunate interval.

Case Discussion

The obvious displaced fractures of the distal radius and distal ulna may make identification of the triquetral fracture difficult.
