Frontal

Soft tissue swelling surrounds the right foot. Fifth toe proximal phalanx comminuted fracture, with associated subluxation of the distal phalanx at the interphalangeal joint.
Incidental bipartite medial hallux sesamoid bone. Comminuted fracture of the lateral hallux sesamoid bone.
Small bone fragments dorsal to the navicular and midfoot may represent nondisplaced fractures, which could be better assessed with CT.
