Fractured left PICC. Left axillary clips. Sternal wires and mediastinal clips.
Case Discussion
Fractured left PICC, with the distal fractured fragment lodged in the left brachiocephalic vein. The patient underwent successful endovascular retrieval by interventional radiology.
