Fracture through the stem of the radial head prosthesis with mild lateral subluxation of the articular component.
No acute bony fracture is identified. No joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Radial head arthroplasty is a treatment option for severe radial head fractures, and just like any other prosthesis are subject to hardware failure.
