Fracture of the proximal phalanx of second and third finger. The 2nd is non displaced and seems stable but the 3rd is unstable and has a displacement and requires surgery.
Case Discussion
Treatment for the 2nd is in discussion - alone an orthopedic treatment can be done but often it is preferred to treat with surgery to obtain healing with a minimum of time of immobilization.
For the 3rd, it also has rotation clinically, which is a indication for surgical treatment.
