Frontal cavernoma

Small well-defined rounded lesion of juxtacortical location in the right frontal lobe. It displays a mixed-signal intensity centrally on both T1 and T2 with prominent blooming on the GE sequence. No enhancement or surrounding edema is seen.
Small vessel ischemic change is noted in the right frontal region.
