Left frontal craniotomy.

The clips and outline to the replaced bone flap are outlined.

Case Discussion

Plain radiographs are now infrequently performed.   The craniotomy is well illustrated.

CT head is now commonly used with the facility to quickly observe the craniotomy on volume rendered reconstructions.
