- contour abnormality of the frontal horns;
- defect of the orbital gyrus bilaterally;

Frontal leucotomy (prefrontal lobotomy) was a surgical interruption of nerve tracts to and from the frontal lobe of the brain; often results in marked cognitive and personality changes.
