Presentation

Right eye proptosis and dystopia.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

All of the paranasal sinuses are opacified with mixed low and high attenuating material and erosion of walls of the paranasal sinuses, most probably of allergic fungal sinusitis. 

The right frontal sinus is expanded with cortical discontinuity of the anterior table extending to the intraorbital cavity extraconal portion and subsequent right proptosis.

Case Discussion

Features are of right side frontal sinus mucocele extending to the right orbit.

Additional findings most probably of allergic fungal sinusitis.
