Frontal sinus osteoma

A well-defined homogenous benign-appearing osseous mass lesion coronal width up to 10 x 7 mm in the left frontal sinus nasal side adjacent to the frontal sinus outflow tract is seen. Mild left side nasal septum deviation with a small spur and mucosal contact with left side middle concha are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical MDCT feature of frontal sinus osteoma. The osteoma can be progressively enlarged and eroded within the intracranial cavity. The most common location of osteoma in paranasal sinuses is the frontal sinus. Osteoma can be obstructive and lead to mucocele upstream.
