Frontal sinus osteoma

A hyperdense mass with distinct and lobulated margins is noted in the frontal sinus, most consistent with osteoma.
Additionally, an increase in the thickness of the mucosa is evident in both maxillary sinuses, left more than right, inferring sinusitis.
Case Discussion
Osteoma is an expected benign mature bony growth usually found incidentally and often asymptomatic. A paranasal osteoma may become symptomatic due to direct mass effect or obstruction of normal sinus drainage.
