Clear paranasal sinuses.

A well-defined opaque lesion within the left frontal sinus, mostly represents an osteoma.

Case Discussion

Incidental note of left frontal sinus osteoma, with non-opacified rest of sinus cavity. Frontal sinus is the most common location (80%) followed by ethmoid air cells. It is often an asymptomatic and incidental finding unless it obstructs sinus drainage.
