A large mucocele is seen filling and causing expansion of left frontal sinus. It is extending in the left ethmoid air cells and nasal cavity and obstructing the left osteomeatal complex (OMC). It is compressing the left orbit with resultant left proptosis. Complete opacification of left maxillary sinus with fluid.
