A large lobulated margin benign appearing osseous mass lesion with exophytic growth and axial width up to 35 x 33 mm and the height up to 33 mm in right frontoethmoidal sinus cavity extended within related orbital cavity extraconal and with impression on related superior rectus and medial rectus muscles, eye uveo-scleral layer with deformity, and impression on the optic nerve sheath are seen. Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of the pathologically-proved frontoethmoidal sinus osteoma. The frontal sinus is the most common location of an osteoma in the paranasal sinuses. The lesions can be quite large and lead to hypoglobus and proptosis or can extend within the base of the skull and lead to CSF rhinorrhea.
