56 years old female who presented with both personality/behavior change consistent with frontotemporal dementia of behavioral variant, but at the same time also has significant memory impairment evidenced by objective cognitive assessment. Classically behavioral variant of FTD does not have significant memory impairment and less so temporal lobe atrophy.
