Presentation

Patient being treated for acute myeloid leukemia. Cough, fever and dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Infiltrate involving predominantly the right upper lobe. Characteristic air inclusions without fluid levels.

Case Discussion

Upper right lobectomy was performed and invasive mucormycosis was established as the final diagnosis.
