Galeazzi fracture dislocation

There is dorsal dislocation of the distal ulna with a fracture through the distal 3rd of the radial diaphysis. The radial fracture demonstrates ventral angulation of the distal fracture fragment, with approximately 3cm of proximal overlap dorsally and a 25% shaft width of lateral offset.
