Post-MVA.

Patient Data

Age: 33 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Comminuted fracture of the distal radius with mild posterior angulation and displacement of the distal radius. Distal radioulnar subluxation / dislocation. 

Extra-articular fracture of the base of the 5th metacarpal bone is noted.    

Comminuted fracture of the distal radius with mild posterior angulation and displacement of the distal radius. The fracture line is seen  disrupting the radiocarpal articular surface.

Distal radioulnar dislocation.

Extra-articular fracture of the base of the 5th metacarpal bone is noted.
