Comminuted spiral fracture of the distal radial diametaphysis with volar angulation and displacement of the fracture site and dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint - variant of a Galeazzi fracture-dislocation. Case Discussion

The classic Galeazzi fracture involves the distal shaft of the radius, here the distal radial shaft fracture extends all the way to the metaphysis which is atypical.
