Diffuse thickened gallbladder fundal wall, forming hourglass configuration, with multiple small hyperintense T2 intramural cavities.
Otherwise, no significant dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicles, or extrahepatic biliary tree.
Case Discussion
Thickened gall bladder wall with intramural cystic dilated spaces are suggestive of adenomyomatosis.
