A 60 ×75 mm heterogenous enhancing mass lesion centered on the gallbladder fossa that the gallbladder is not separately identified and invades adjacent liver parenchyma.
Several lymphadenopathies are noted at the celiac and SMA axis, peripancreatic, portahepatis, and para aortocaval regions with maximum diameters up to 45 x 60 mm.
Case Discussion
CT imaging findings are most consistent with gallbladder carcinoma with local hepatic invasion and multiple lymphadenopathies.
