Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
ct

A 60 ×75 mm heterogenous enhancing mass lesion centered on the gallbladder fossa that the gallbladder is not separately identified and invades adjacent liver parenchyma. 

Several lymphadenopathies are noted at the celiac and SMA axis, peripancreatic, portahepatis, and para aortocaval regions with maximum diameters up to 45 x 60 mm. 

Case Discussion

CT imaging findings are most consistent with gallbladder carcinoma with local hepatic invasion and multiple lymphadenopathies.
