Patient Data
A 75×55 mm heteroenhancing mass is present at anatomical location of gallbladder that invades adjacent liver parenchyma. Fat planes between the mass and adjacent gastric antrum as well as duodenum are obliterated.
There are also several heteroenhancing masses are seen at liver less than 38 mm.
Several lymphadenopathies are noted at portahepatis and para aortocaval regions with SAD less than 25 mm.
A few non enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen at both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 15 mm.
Case Discussion
Gallbladder mass, pathology proven adenocarcinoma with local invasion; porta hepatis and para-aortocaval lymphadenopathy; and hepatic metastases.
