Enlarged liver (22 cm) with multiple lesions of various size (up to 10 cm) disseminated in both lobes of low signal intensity on T1WI, high signal intensity on T2WI with heterogeneous enhancement mainly peripheral with central necrosis. Periportal and portocaval enlarged lymph nodes are noted. There an enhancing soft tissue mass of the fundus of the gallbladder. Infiltration of the hepatic hilum with subtle intrahepatic biliary ducts dilatation.
