Bilobed gall bladder. Cystic duct could not be localized. Hepatic parenchymal disease. Dilated non-thrombosed portal vein. Moderate to gross ascites is present.

Findings of bi-lobed gall bladder. However, cystic duct could not be traced.
Hepatic parenchymal disease with dilated portal vein (portal hypertension) and ascites.
