Severe pain in right hypochondrium

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Defect is seen in the anteroinferior wall of the gallbladder with fluid density collection in the pericholecystic and subcapsular causing scalloping of the hepatic margins. Another collection is also seen along the caudate lobe of the liver which is abutting the inferior vena cava and the main portal vein. No vascular thrombosis is seen. Mild pelvic ascites is also noted.
