RUQ mass - painless ? enlarged liver

Patient Data

Age: 75
Gender: Male

Distended gall bladder containing echogenic, gravity dependent, mobile, biliary sludge with calculi. No specific features of cholecystitis ie no wall thickening or surrounding oedema (nor pain on ultrasound probing of the fundus).
