The gallbladder is not abnormally distended, has a smooth thin wall, and demonstrates heterogeneous echogenic contents without internal vascularity which are compressible. Some mobile debris is noted within the contents.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates inspissated/precipitated bile solute in the gallbladder that does not have the classic appearance of echoes layering on the posterior wall.
