Known case of ileocecal neuroendocrine tumor. S/P right hemicolectomy, end ileostomy and Hartmann's procedure.

A tiny DOTA avid node is seen in the right hemiabdomen concerning for residual disease. The rest of the scan shows normal physiological distribution in the pituitary gland, liver, spleen and kidneys. Faint physiological uptake is also seen in thyroid and salivary glands. The uptake in the midline in the upper abdomen corresponds with physiological uptake in the uncinate process of the pancreas.
