Gallstone ileus
Axial non-contrast
Percutaneous gastrostomy tube. Pneumobilia. Dilated distal and mid small bowel in keeping with small bowel obstruction. Gallstone demonstrated in the left iliac fossa.

This case demonstrates Rigler triad of gallstone ileus:
- small bowel obstruction
- pneumobilia
- ectopic gallstone
