A dorsal wrist cystic lesion with lobulated outline, clear fluid signal showing thin septations is seen insinuated between the dorsal aspect of wrist bones and the extensor tendons, namely the extensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB), extensor carpi radialis longus (ECRL) and extensor digitorum longus (ED) tendons.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a dorsal wrist ganglion cyst, the commonest lump of the wrist.
