A 32 × 20 mm unilocular cyst lying at the posterior aspect of the vagina, above the level of the pubic symphysis.
A little amount of free fluid is present in the pelvis.
Two thin-walled non-enhanced cysts, 17 mm and 15 mm in diameters are seen at the liver.
