Mild peribronchial thickening, but no confluent consolidation or collapse. Incidental note of gas in left shoulder joint which is unlikely to be clinically relevant or significant.
Case Discussion
The lungs are pleural spaces are clear in this study - there is no evidence of consolidation.
There is a crescent of gas in the left shoulder. This is likely to be completely incidental and non-significant given the history and presentation. Is it not commonly seen in pediatric patients.
