PH of Whipple procedure for pancreatic head mass. Now epigastric pain

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Female

Gas in the biliary tree as expected post Whipple procedure due to loss of sphincter mechanism but also in the pancreatic duct (and branches). This is quite unusual. Note also surrounding fluid suggesting mild acute pancreatitis.
