A large polypoid lesion was seen in the gastric body accompanied by a few small peri gastric lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 7 mm.
An 8 mm low enhancing lesion was seen in segment 5 of the liver that in simultaneous ultrasound evaluation confirms to be a hemangioma.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
In imaged portions of the lower neck, a 35 mm cystic nodule was seen in right thyroid lobe, extending to the thoracic inlet.
Case Discussion
Endoscopic guided biopsy was performed for the patient, and histopathology evaluation confirms poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and then total gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy were done.
