Presentation

Abdominal pain and dyspepsia.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ct

Esophagus is dilated throughout its length.
Increased wall thickness was seen in cardia, subcardia region, and lesser curve of the stomach. A few enlarged lymph nodes are present in peri-gastric region. The largest one is 12×10mm.

Case Discussion

Path proven gastric adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathies.
CT is currently the staging modality of choice because it can help identify the primary tumor, assess for the local spread, and detect nodal involvement and distant metastases.
