Abdominal pain and dyspepsia.
Patient Data
Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at gastric body, accompanied by mild perigastric fat stranding.
A 5 mm cyst is present at segment IVa of the liver. Additionally, a few calcified foci are seen at liver and spleen parenchyma consistent with healed granuloma.
A 25 mm mass is present at right adrenal gland. Its mean attenuation value on PVP and delayed phases measuring 28HU and 47HU respectively, suspected for metastasis.
The prostate gland is enlarged.

Pathology proven case of gastric adenocarcinoma.
CT is currently the staging modality of choice because it can help identify the primary tumor, assess for the local spread, and detect nodal involvement and distant metastases.
